Support et maintenance
An inoperative tablet or a technical issue breaks the quality of service you offer to your customers. That’s the reason why we provide a high quality technical support able to find the right solution to any issue. You’ve got technical issues ? Your sales team have questions about the solution ? We’ll do our best to fix the problem by phone, and if that does not work, we send you a new setting tablet within 24 hours.
Mobile device management
Another key issue of your project : the management of your device fleet. The purpose is to be able to know in real time any info on your device fleet (battery level, internet connection, how your sales team use the tablet…) and being able to make changes remotely.
